About Us
Minimbah State School was established in 1997 and is part of a vibrant community in Morayfield near Caboolture with an enrolment of approximately 820 students, providing quality learning for students from Prep to Year 6.
Minimbah has a proud tradition built on traditional values, including pride in appearance and outstanding academic, cultural and sporting success in a caring environment, built on respect and effective relationships.
Minimbah provides students with modern and attractive environments in which to learn and play. About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise when required.
- Model ethical, values-based leadership by embedding socially just practices and maintaining high standards for student and staff performance.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry, and business to enhance student opportunities.
- Demonstrate strategic, future-focused thinking while understanding and applying relevant legislation and educational policies.
- Effectively manage resources and engage in ongoing professional learning to achieve school goals and continuous improvement.
